Levite Commercial Group provides Design-to-Build commercial construction services, including
pre-construction planning, feasibility studies, tenant improvements, office renovations,
technology infrastructure, commercial remodeling, emergency response, and related general
contracting services throughout the Greater Seattle area.
All services are subject to project evaluation, site inspection, availability, and written agreement.
2. Project Estimates & Proposals
All project estimates, proposals, budgets, and timelines are provided based on the information
available at the time of evaluation.
Final pricing, schedules, and project scope may change due to client-requested modifications,
unforeseen site conditions, permit requirements, material availability, or other factors beyond
our reasonable control.
3. Project Scheduling
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and timely access to the project
site when required.
Project schedules are estimated and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, permitting
processes, inspections, supply chain delays, safety requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the executed construction agreement.
Invoices are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Levite Commercial Group reserves the
right to suspend work, delay project delivery, or withhold services for unpaid balances or contract
violations.
5. Warranties
Applicable workmanship warranties will be provided in writing upon project completion where applicable.
Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, unauthorized alterations, improper maintenance,
normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or work performed by third parties after project completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Levite Commercial Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special
damages arising from the use of our website or construction services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided
under the applicable agreement.
